Riding the wave of the success of his recent releases Envy, Elevator and My Life the Brooklyn raised, South Carolina based artist/indie label owner Lex the Don has joined forces with director Padarrah Moss, screenwriter Mark Anthony Smith and novelist Timothy Davis to produce the new urban drama series “Game of Deceit”. The series is based on the novel of the same name written by longtime associate Timothy “Lyfe” Davis. The series will be directed by Lex and Vizual Mekaniks CEO Padarrah Moss who directed and filmed the video for Lex’s 2016 breakout indie hit “Baddest Girl”. The script penned by up-and-coming screenwriter Mark Anthony Jones is currently being finalized over the next few weeks and is scheduled to begin casting this month. Producers of new urban drama series "The Game of Deceit" are currently  accepting submissions of "ORIGINAL" songs from rappers and hip hop/R&B artists as well as instrumentals from producers within the Rap and Hip Hop/R&B genre. The show and its soundtrack will be in the style of current shows such as Power, McGraw Ave, The Chi, Atlanta and Snow Fall. It is based on the novel Game of Deceit by Timothy "Lyfe" Davis. The adapted screenplay was written by Mark Anthony Smith and Co-Directed by Padarrah Moss and Colin "Lex the Don" Broadus.
